Turquoise Navette Pendant Necklace

Faceted turquoise navette shaped gem stone, pierced and tied with 18k wire. Delicate wirework, handmade in Athens. The "Arizona" turquoise gem is 10mm long (without the gold wire) and hangs on a 40cm long silver chain plated with palladium. With its rich, opaque colour, turquoise is one of the oldest gems and in many cultures is revered as a holy stone.
