Easter Candle with Lavender Sachet - Blue

In Greece, Orthodox Christians, carry ornately decorated candles to church (called Lampades) on Holy Saturday in celebration of the Resurrection of Christ. Every godparent traditionally gives their godchild an Easter lampada, every year. This is a flat 3cm wide blue candle decorated with a hand embroidered little cushion filled with dried lavender. It comes safely packed and ready to offer in a carton box.
